These terms govern the use of Sevenmilesroasters consulting, analysis, and calibration services for commercial coffee roasting operations and bulk suppliers. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions below.
Sevenmilesroasters provides industrial quality control consulting, sensory analysis, green bean lot evaluations, thermodynamic roast profile engineering, industrial espresso system calibration, and staff training on processing safety. All services are delivered on a per-engagement basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information about your equipment, raw materials, and production goals. You must ensure safe access to your facility and equipment for on-site services. Failure to disclose material facts may void any performance guarantees.
All reports, roast profiles, calibration data, and training materials produced by Sevenmilesroasters remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these deliverables for your internal operations. You may not resell or redistribute them without written consent.
Sevenmilesroasters’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for lost profits, production downtime, or damage to equipment resulting from improper implementation of our recommendations. Our services are advisory; final operational decisions rest with you.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Sevenmilesroasters may terminate immediately if you breach confidentiality or safety protocols.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address you provide.
